The Toe-Tent is not designed to provide support for a person. The Toe-Tent is designed only to support bedding. In fact, the Toe-Tent is specifically designed to safely collapse if it is fallen on, or to break if necessary. The Toe-Tent should not, at any time, be used as a railing to steady or support a person. The Toe-Tent is not for supporting a person. Do not lean on it. Do not use it as a hand rail.

 

Guarantee

The Toe-Tent is designed to last a lifetime, but it can be broken. If there are no problems in the first 90 days, there's probably not going to be any.

The Toe-Tent is guaranteed to be free from mechanical defects for 90 days from the date of purchase. If purchased by internet from the SleepyTime Manufacturing web site, the Toe- Tent is guaranteed to be free from mechanical difficulties for 90 days from the date of shipment. Individual replacement parts can be purchased.

 

Refund Policy

In the event of mechanical problems in the first 90 days, SleepyTime will either refund the purchase price (including shipping), or provide individual replacement parts free of charge. We will accept returns for non mechanical reasons within the first 90 days, but you must pay the return shipping. Refunds will be made by check.

If the Toe-Tent is purchased from a retail outlet, a sales receipt will be required. Refunds will be made by check.

 

Privacy policy regarding customer data.

SleepyTime Manufacturing does not share any customer data with any other party at any time for any reason. However, the follow two parties will also have access to purchase records:

1) Internet credit card purchases are processed by "PayQuake". PayQuake is one of the standard 3rd party credit card processor used by most internet retailers. They will have a record of the transaction because they are the ones who are handling it.

2) The SleepyTime web-site is hosted by JustHost.Com. Purchases are made using the osCommerce suite of e-commerce tools. Purchase records will reside on the JustHost.Com system.

 

Regarding your credit card number:

I do not download your credit card number. I have no reason to. I don't need to. I don't want to. I don't want to know what it is. I don't want your number on my system. I don't want to be responsible for knowing it or having it. If it's not on my system, it can't be hacked off my system. It's as simple as that.
